You can read on my web site You have two problems it appears. One is that you have a very tight musculature in the soft connective tissue of the muscles - including the front body and leg muscles. The site intro and other articles - all free - explains in detail. Then you must be having a big nutritional deficiency, of calcium and magnesium and b-vits and maybe least. Anyone in such tightness and pain must be using up these nutrients fast. Pills don't seem to be the best replacements but lots of dark green leaves and sea weeds all raw do have the nutritional support - especially if you add green juices. See health food store books by Wigmore, Norman Walker, Braggs, to start.

Hi I am writing hoping someone might be able to help me. I have had middle and top back pain on and of for the past 3 yrs, it has gradually worstend, now my back looks as though I have been beaten, the muscles at each side of my spine become very swollen bruised and very sore to touch, I get a tingling and burning sensation, difficult to lift my arms some days, also putting my neck on my chin causes a pain right down my spine to about the middle of my back. The pain now never goes away, I have had a bone densitiy scan which showed my bone were thin for my age and the xray showed I had muscles spasm, but the doctors have never seen this kind of brusing before. has anyone ever had or still has this typ of back pain with brusing that comes and goes.I also get a very dull pain down my arms, but that comes and goes.
