I first dislocation was in 2000 and have been suffering ever since. i am typing with one hand as i d'ed my shoulder yesterday - again. i think it the 10th time. the first 2 i had a dr put it back in - but recently i have learnt to do it myself. i know all docs say you shouldn't but when it happens you think to yourself "i'm not waiting 1hr to put it back in at the hospital". so you just do it. Anyway, i am ready for a reconstruction. i am a PE teacher and finding it hard to work. i need some advice on the nhs waiting list and which doctor to use and wat surgery should i have. there seems that there are many different techniques. please assist tks andy
