I have been taking pilates classes 2-3 times a week with a private instructor for 4 months. These exercises really focus on strenghthening your core (abdominal) muscles and learing to use those rather than your back muscles. In 4 months my posture has improved more than with 15+ years of seeing a chiropractor and I have NO lower back pain anymore. I have been thrilled with how good I feel!

Folks, is it true that I can reduce my lower back pain by strengthening my abdominal muscles? Thanks, Brian
