If you have a high chloride (109) reading in your blood work results, is there any dietary or supplement that can help bring the reading back to normal? I do take 10 mg. of linispril in morn. and toprol in pm. I also take bextra for arth. and ultram or ultracet for aches and pains. I frequently use ambien 5 mg. for sleep problems due to menapause/hot flashes at night.
